  • Rachel received her B.A. from the University of Oklahoma in 2015. While attending college at OU, Rachel was an active member of the Alpha Phi Women’s Fraternity, Phi Chapter. Rachel graduated from the OU College of Law in 2018.

    While in law school, Rachel earned the Dean’s Honor Roll and, additionally, her certification from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, Division of Pediatrics, in Child Abuse & Neglect. ‍Rachel worked as an intern for the Oklahoma County District Attorney Special Victim’s Unit in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in 2015, and then for the State of Nevada’s top family law firm, Kainen Law Group, PLLC, in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2016 witnessing the State of Nevada's legalization of recreational marijuana.

    Rachel dove headfirst into cannabis law and policy to prepare for Oklahoma’s legalization of medical marijuana in 2018 and started Loud shortly thereafter.‍ Rachel is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Oklahoma and the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.

    Rachel is on the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML) Committee. She is also a member of the International Cannabis Bar Association (INCBA) and Oklahoma Bar Association, and sits on on the Cannabis Law Committee for the Oklahoma Bar Association.

    In 2019, Rachel received the NextGen Under 30 award for her achievements. In 2021, 2022, an 2023, Rachel was awarded the Super Lawyers Rising Star – a distinction only 2.5% of Oklahoma attorneys accomplish.

    Rachel lives in Oklahoma City with her husband, Matt, her infant son, Jude, and their great dane, King.

While engaging in the details of your case, Weston always sees the bigger picture of your project: the client should be economically benefited from contacting a lawyer, not the other way around.
